Hi,

I have been using displayfusion with Windows 7 without any issues - having dual screens and using the screensaver to show pictures from different locations on different screens. However I have now upgraded to Windows 10 and although DisplayFusion loads on start-up (icon appears on the right of the taskbar) the screensaver will not work unless I open settings within DisplayFusion then 'Save' and 'Apply' before the screensaver will work. I have to then repeat the process every time I boot my computer.

I'm currently using DisplayFusion Pro V7.2

Regards,

Ben

Before fixing the screen saver after a reboot, if you just right-click the DisplayFusion tray icon and navigate to Screen Saver > Start Screen Saver, does it start correctly?

When I right click on the icon in the system tray and select 'Start Screensaver' as suggested the screensaver does start, however once the mouse is moved and the screensaver disappears I then wait for the 1 minute before it should kick back in automatically and nothing happens.

Ben.

Ok, it sounds like something is preventing Windows from going into idle mode. Could you do the following?
  • Open an elevated command prompt
  • Enter the following command: powercfg /requests > %USERPROFILE%\Desktop\powercfgrequests.txt
  • Reply with the "powercfgrequests.txt" file attached (you'll find it on your desktop)

Thanks!

Having the identical issue here as well, but using DF Pro 7.3. The output from powercfg:

---------------------
DISPLAY:
None.

SYSTEM:
None.

AWAYMODE:
None.

EXECUTION:
None.

PERFBOOST:
None.
----------------------
Was working flawlessly previous to the Win10 upgrade.

@Michael: If you exit DisplayFusion and setup the screen saver through the Windows settings, does it come on?
