I know that WindowBlinds and Display Fusion dont play nice together from previous discussions but it seemed to be corrected up untill a few betas back. Since then its the same as previous with the Start Button and the Notification area button not displaying properly.
This happens with all of the blinds I have tried, any chance it can be re-looked at?

We haven't changed anything taskbar or WindowBlinds related for a while. Did it break with a WindowBlinds update, or a DF update?

As far as I am aware Keith, it seemed to happen a few beta's back on DF. I am on Windows 8 and havnt upgraded to 8.1 yet so not 100% sure if its a Windows update that has done it.

Ok, if you roll back to DF 5.0.1, does everything work correctly again?

As you can see the notification Area Button is still miss-aligned from this screenshot (which isnt too bad) to the previous screenshots. That I can live with.
Thanks for looking at it Keith.

Ok, interesting! What theme is that? Could you provide a link to download it, or attach it here if possible for me to test with?

Just had a chance to test this out. The Start button in the version I downloaded looks different than the one in your screenshot. Are you using something different to customize the Start button? If so, could you send me the file for the custom button?

Thanks!

That is Start8 Keith.
I am using a blind called Visage and that is the nearest to perfect I have seen so far.

Ah ok, it seems to be Start 8 that's causing the alignment issues with the Start button. I've been able to reproduce this here, so I'll add it to our list :)

Thanks!

We've just released 5.1.1 Beta 4, and the Start button with Start8 should now have the correct vertical alignment :)

No problem! The tray overflow is a bit tricker, but still on our list as well :)

Any nearer to sorting the notification button alignment Keith?

To be honest, we haven't had a chance to work on it yet, but I'm hoping we'll be able to have a go at it for 5.1.2. I'll keep you posted when we have more news :)

Thanks!
