SmoothScroll ( https://www.smoothscroll.net/win/ ) icon gets duplicated in DF secondary taskbar, and its right click menu does not show up.

I tested it here and it seemed to work fine. Could you send me a copy of your troubleshooting info?
Open the DisplayFusion Settings > Troubleshooting tab
Click the "Export Info to File" button
Reply with the file attached
