Between these two threads (http://www.displayfusion.com/Discussions/View/span-two-monitors-only-in-3-monitor-config/?ID=c4bed355-ce49-4d48-b33a-5e784cd2f50c, http://www.displayfusion.com/Discussions/View/maximize-to-2-of-3-monitors/?ID=f952aa78-aa5e-4524-83e1-dad288f07cf6), I've answered my question.

But I'm compelled to point out to the audance at large "it's easier to set the width to 200%, while keeping the height at 100%." Also: Once the Hot Key was mapped, I could make a Titlebar button for it.

File this under "Yes" and "Win".
