With 5.0.0 b12 and using Start8 1.11 (thanks for adding the support for that, it's great) the start button for the displayfusion taskbar is showing on top of full screen windows even with the option to show the taskbar in front of other windows disabled. Everything else seems great, the start button appearance matching also seems better than previous versions.

Would you be able to list a couple of the full screen applications that you were able to reproduce this in? I tested with a full screen YouTube video, as well as a full screen Modern UI (Metro) application, but couldn't get the Start button to show above either of them.

Thanks!

I'm having the same issue on Win 7 Home Premium 64 bit. It happens with VLC 2.0.5., but only on my secondary monitor. The start button does not appear over fullscreen VLC on primary monitor.

We've just released DisplayFusion 5.0, and this issue should be all fixed up. You can grab it here: http://www.displayfusion.com/Download/

Didn't get a chance to see your reply until now, just wanted to thank you for the fix and the update. It had been with Netflix via Chrome and Potplayer on the second monitor though I'm sure that information is less useful as everything is now working on this end.
