Start menu is loading behind the taskbar

So my Start menu is loading behind the taskbar. Makes it really annoying to click the power options. How can I fix?

Thanks for sending that over. Does this happen when clicking the start button, or pressing the Windows key on your keyboard?

After powering down my computer for the night, it's no longer doing that. The Start menu is showing normally now. I didn't change anything. Wierd.
