So, if I middle-click any steam chat tab window, it closes (default and expected behaviour), but it also randomly moves it to the other monitor.
I know I can turn it on and off in:
"Settings > Windows Management > Enable windows caption bar middle-clicking to move windows to the next monitor (hold shift to move to previous monitor)"
But I was wondering if there was a way it could move it when I'm not hovering in any chat tab, in the blank space between chats and the minimize/max/close buttons.

For me it works in the space between the chat tabs and the caption buttons, but I do get the issue when middle-clicking the tabs as well. I've added that to our list to fix up.
