One of teh things I always liked about Ultramon was the icon embedded in any window (near the close/minimize icons) that allowed you to click on it and specify what monitor you wanted it moved to. In fact over on the Ultramon support forum they are scrambling to get a working version. Displayfusion has been mentioned there, but they all want that windows icon. If you did it fast enough you'd beat them to it.
