Currently the icons on the 2nd taskbar are duplicates of those on the primary taskbar. Could you make it so that the 2nd taskbar only shows icons on the 2nd monitor?

DF does this already.

Settings - Taskbar - Taskbar Windows Options - check the 1st or 2nd button (shows relevant windows - first button does it for primary & DF taskbars; second does it for DF taskbar only))
