-The Steam icon, in the system tray, intermittently disappears and reappears. Haven't noticed it with other apps. -Also when rearranging taskbar icons, are they supposed to rearrange on the other monitors automatically?

With Windows 11 we do a general call to grab the tray icons, it's up to each app to respond. We're pretty limited if an app doesn't get added to the tray, but they seem to come/go with various Window updates. What Windows build are you on?
The taskbar icons won't update automatically on other taskbars as well, each one needs to be configured manually.
