Not sure if I should post this in their github https://github.com/iXab3r/MicSwitch. The system tray icon used to show up about 3 or 4 betas ago but stopped showing up.
We had to make some core changes to the tray icons in those versions, and we're working on getting some missing icons added back in. I'll add this one to our list to look into
