Experiencing this issue as well. For example, when a YouTube video is full-screen on a secondary monitor, but you take focus to the primary monitor, the taskbar will pop up over the video. It does not seem to happen when the video is fullscreen on the primary and focus goes to the secondary.

Just to clarify, you have the "Show taskbar in front of full screen..." option disabled on the DisplayFusion Settings > Taskbar tab?
Did not realize that option was enabled by default. That seems to have been the problem on my end, thanks.
