The taskbar appears over chromium variant browsers (e.g., Chrome, Vivaldi, MS Edge, Opera, etc.) in fullscreen on the primary monitor. I've checked these browsers chrome, Vivaldi, MS Edge, and Opera, all reporting the same issue.

I have verified if "show taskbar in front of full-screen applications when they lose focus" is unchecked, and it is. I checked the setting, then closed out of DF settings, re-opened DF settings, unchecked it, and closed out of DF settings. The issue persists. I rebooted the system, and the problem persists. The issue is with chromium browsers only.

FIrefox does not have this issue.

It may not be chromium after all. Firefox and Chrome seem to overlap the DF taskbar by two to four pixels when maximized. It looks like Windows has added more padding to the header of the applications.

Additionally, I can get videos playing in chromium browsers in fullscreen with no visible taskbar. It's a temporary solution.
1. Maximize the chromium browser
2. While a video is paused, double-click the browsers icon in the DF taskbar to minimize the browser
3. double-click the browser icon again to bring the browser back to the foreground.
4. Maximize, expand to fullscreen, your video

Hello,

This issue should be fixed up in the latest beta, available here: https://www.displayfusion.com/Download/Beta. Please let me know if you still run into any trouble after updating.

Thanks!

Confirmed.

Chrome in fullscreen now shows 'on top' of all taskbars. Prior to installing beta, all taskbars would show.

Thanks!

@Wei: You've got Edge full screen on the second monitor or primary monitor? And is the taskbar always on top of it, or only if you click on something on the other monitor?

I am not seeing this behavior with the newest 9.7.1 (BETA 7)

Tested with Edge (v87.0.664.55) and Firefox (v83.0). Full screen appears correct, with all taskbars hidden.

Triple monitor with nVidia Surround displays (5760 x 1080).
