The problem is simply. When I turn off the first monitor and let the second on, nothing happens. But when I turn on the first monitor again, task bar go for one second to the second monitor and go to the first monitor again, but taskbar becomes transparent now.

I didn't have aero or similar options on. To reverse this change I have to go to Windows options, turn on transparency and turn off again. Now my taskbar is solid color again.

What I can do?

Thanks.

Notes: First monitor is on my HD 610 graphics by HDMI. Second monitor is on GTX 970 by VGA.The problem persist if I put all monitors on the GTX 970.

P/D: Sorry for the bad english.

That used to happen to me as well but the problem mysteriously vanished. It looks to be a Windows 10 issue since the Creators Update though :(
