This is the second time this has happened in just a couple of months... Not sure what is causing it, but I have to manually go in and remove the duplicates...

This issue started occurring on my Windows 10x64 Pro system this morning when I updated the Nvidia driver to the latest version 551.61. It was not occurring on the previous Nvidia driver nor is it occurring now on Windows 11x64 Pro with driver 551.61
I have 3 monitors arranged 2-3-1. Df is version 11, beta 2
ASUS home built Pc on Windows 10 x64 Pro with 3 Dell U2719D monitors. Dell XPS 8940SE on Windows 11x64 Pro with 2 Dell U2719D monitors.
