I think this must be a new bug; haven't regression-tested it though.

I discovered today when I run a Virtual PC instance and maximise it on my right-most monitor the title-bar buttons for it appear on the central monitor instead. I've attached a cropped image of the desktop for clarity.

I'm going to turn them off for vpc.exe (probably won't ever want to use them for virtual PC anyway), but I thought I'd post it here.

EDIT: Running Win 7 Enterprise 64-bit, VPC is the RTM version.
