Howdy,

World of Warcraft has a video mode which allows it to run within a window (i.e. alt tabbing doesn't need to minimise the game) but maximised, so that it doesn't have borders or a taskbar when selected. While alt-tabbing between WoW and Firefox I somehow managed to get Titlebar buttons for swap monitor and maximise across all monitors; these constantly appeared and disappeared in the otherwise-correct place in the game window, with one cycle every ~2 seconds.

Is it possible to add an exception to make DisplayFusion ignore Wow.exe?

A point of interest may be that I was running the game through Steam, by adding wow.exe to steam and launching via their games library to allow the Steam in-game overlay to work (though I did not activate it at any point during the game). This hasn't happened before, just with the beta version that updated today (3.2.0.104 Beta 4), though I don't quite know how to reproduce it so it may have existed previously.

Settings, compatibility. You can add the title bar exception there, however i run in the same mode, minus the steam config, so it might be that. when your running wow, does it pop up in task manager as wow.exe still? Id assume so.

As a note i didn't extensively test it, because I still add the exception for wallpaper and threw the other compatibilities in there out of habit.

Hey, thanks for that; worked like a charm :)

You'd think I would've noticed it in settings, guess I'll have to pay closer attention next time. Using it also fixed my Windows Live Messenger 2011 problem, so even better (DF was removing it from the primary Taskbar so exiting was impossible if the main window was on monitor 2).
