I notice it when I select text in firefox 4, when firefox is not maximised. this is not something ive noticed in any other program and have been able to reproduce it many times. Does anyone else have this problem?
I am using the latest Beta, with Win7 ultimate.
Good news! I was able to reproduce the issue and it will be fixed in the next beta version.
