It seems that somewhere along the way during version upgrades I have lost the ability to select which monitor to send a program to. Now all I have is the next monitor button which I have to cycle through to move the screen. Did the select monitor button go away?

You can accomplish what you want by adding a custom function and then assigning it to a title bar button.

Got it partially working with using a hot key, but where can I add a title bar icon?

Did you try going to Settings>Functions? At the bottom of the Functions panel, the box for Show Titlebar Buttons should be checked, and if you right-click a button, you can choose to add, delete, or re-space buttons. Hope that helps.

In Settings > Functions, ensure that Enable TitleBar Buttons is checked, then click the Toggle TitleBar Button button.
