I installed the trial version, and when I open display fusion i get a wallpaper adjustment screen and nothing else?
Where are the other features?

Unprotect the attachment so we all can see, you may get more help that way.

Just click the "Change" button next to the Source field (says Solid Colour right now) to select your image source, then you should see the controls for setting the wallpaper image :)
