Hi guys, this morning, I discovered that my Triggers were somehow corrupted. I had almost 20 of them defined (basically the same stuff for different Monitor Profiles) and today, after clean boot, there was only one corrupt (basically empty Trigger - no Match Conditions and no Actions) and three others (appeared to be normal) left.

I reviewed Troubleshooting Info and didn't find anything relevant (see attachment), so unless DisplayFusion saves its history somewhere 'automagically', I have no additional information to provide - loglevel seems to be set up to L0 by default and I had no reason to change that (well, until now).

FWIW, this is DisplayFusion Pro 8.0 Build Date: Aug 08, 2016 09:51 running on fully updated Win 7 Pro.

If there's anything I can look into and/or provide to figure out what just happened, I'm more than happy to do so. Thank you!

Wow, that's really strange! Could you change the logging level to L1: Log Minimal, and then send us the logs (Help > Support Request in the Settings window) if this happens again?

Also, you can check the DisplayFusion Backups folder in your "Documents" folder to see if there's a recent auto-backup of your settings, though it only backs up automatically when installing, so if the last install was from 7.3.4 to 8.0, it won't have your Triggers because 7.3.4 didn't yet have the Triggers feature :(

PUSH :(
I now have the same problem. Yesterday I added a trigger to play sound when fastcopy window closes. And today I have an empty trigger with no actions.
It looks like a very old trigger setting has been loaded.
So, is there a solution for this?

No solution at the moment. We aren't able to reproduce this consistently, and debug logs and code reviews haven't turned up anything yet :(

We're going to keep working on it and we'll definitely post an update when we think we have it all sorted out.

Thanks!

We've just released a new DisplayFusion beta version and we're fairly certain this issue is all fixed up. Please let us know if you run into any trouble after updating.
