trying to extend screen saver

hi there
i seem to have an issue trying to activate my 2 second screen
when i press enable it tells me that there is an error : failed to calll setdisplayconfig.{HR:31}

Could you send me a copy of your troubleshooting info? Here are the steps:
Open the Settings > Troubleshooting tab
Click the "Export Info to File" button
Reply with the file attached
