Hi,

I'm trying to get a simple trigger to work with Plex Media Player on a Windows 10 64bit PC.
I have setup a trigger as per the tutorials but nothing happens when I launch Plex, however if I switch out the process filename to show *VLC.exe and launch it then the trigger activates as expected.

Have I made a mistake or is there something unique about Plex I don't know?

Thanks
Mat

Does the Plex Media Player launch full screen, or windowed?

Hi Keith, in response to the trigger it doesn't launch at all.
But if you mean generally when I launch it directly, it is set to launch fullscreen.

Ok, that might be the issue. After it's launched full screen, are you able to move it to the next monitor using Ctrl + Win + X?

Ok, could you send me a debug log? Here are the steps:
  • On the Troubleshooting tab, change the Logging drop-down to "L2: Log Detailed"
  • Try launching Plex Media Player
  • Send us the DisplayFusion.log and DebugInfo.html files (can be found by clicking the Open Log button on the Troubleshooting tab)
  • Disable debug logging after sending the log

Thanks!
