Just wanted to post an update regarding the problems I was having with Acrobat Pro 8 and scaling the view of any PDF I was reading. This is documented here in this locked/archived topic.
I've since had the chance to run DisplayFusion with Acrobat Pro 9 and the problems documented in the thread above appear to no longer apply. Everything works fine with the PDF scaling now. Acrobat 8 has the problem still, Acrobat 9 does not
