I use DisplayFusion on a pretty old desktop with only 8GB of RAM. I was using 9.9 but yesterday I decided to upgrade to the latest beta version. Since I try to save as much memory as I can, I noticed that the value today shoot up quite a bit compared to normal.
After looking into it I noticed that v10 Beta 22 was using 175 MB of memory.
I tried downgrading and v9.9 memory usage dropped down to 86 MB.
That's an increase of double the memory between versions: 175 - 86 = 89 extra memory. :o
Maybe you can have a look at that for a future beta? ::)

It's definitely something we can look into improving in the future. Do you have DisplayFusion managing your wallpaper?

Thanks!

Yes. I'm using the same wallpaper I had with version 9.9.
I have 2 monitors: 2560x1440 (main) and 1920x1080.
Screensaver is also managed by DF, and extended between monitors in case it makes any difference.

v10 Stable now uses 120MB of memory instead of 175MB. Much better, but still higher than the previous 86MB with v9.9.

Glad to hear, we'll continue to look into improvements going forward.
