I upgraded to v12 a few days ago and noticed that the padding around the thumbnails when alt tabbing is now way too excessive. All the thumbnail previews have shrunk down significantly. Is there a setting somewhere to reduce that? Changing the size of the thumbnail doesn't remove the padding it just makes the alt-tab bar take up more of my screen which is not ideal either.

Same. Before problem is solved i think should downgrade to v11, because no settings to change this thing.

Do you have the close buttons enabled in Alt Tab? If so it will adjust the sizing of the thumbnails, you can disable that in the Advanced Settings though.

No I don't. I don't even see that as an option to enable / disable in the alt+tab settings.

This was added in v12, if you've rolled back to v11 you won't have those buttons.

Owen Muhlethaler's suggestion solved this for me. I'm not sure if the OP did, or did not, see the "Adveanced Settings" button, in the lower right, of the "Alt+Tab" settings page. But it was there for me. After clicking that button, then double clicking "Disable Close Button on Alt+Tab", under "Alt+Tab", selecting "No close buttons will be shown", clicking "OK", following the pop-up to restart DisplayFusion (after closing all dialogs). The expected behavior returned.

I don't remember seeing that option, but I've already reverted to version 11 and I'm happy with it.
