I have a strange problem as I've only seen this in one configuration
4K monitor portrait mode with horizontal split
VS code looks like it will snap correctly while dragging it, but then it snaps ~ 100px lower, such that I now have a gap between my splits and part of the window is not shown. Everything else works and if I snap it to the top it works.
