I think its something to do with wallhavens TLS 1.3 adoption and Microsoft .NET 4.8

Apparently Wallhaven has reversed its decision to make its API only available to computers running TLS 1.3 (eg Windows 11) and it should now work on your regular and beta programs for Windows 10 and below stuck on TLS 1.2
