I uninstalled my Pro licenced copy of Display Fusion because of this. Maybe the functionality exists somewhere in the software already and I'm not seeing it, but I don't think so.

I set it up to "use a different image for each monitor", selected a source and "Load random images." Cool! However, it turns out to actually be unusable because:

1) I think I am required to turn on Multi Monitor Taskbar in order to get to the Desktop Wallpaper Settings menu with "Load Next Image" and "Pause Current Images". I wish a similar DisplayFusion context menu was available when right clicking on individual monitor desktops.

2) "Load Next Image" pulls new images for all monitors. If I like the other monitor wallpapers that were chosen, but one that was chosen is awful (I would think the most common case with random images), then I want to "Load Next Image" just for the one monitor and keep the other wallpapers. Should be able to "Load Next" individually, or for all. Same with Pause, should be able to Pause individually or for all. Also, see #1: I would expect to be able to do this from a context menu by right clicking on an individual monitor's desktop.

3) Wish there was an easy way to move the wallpaper to another monitor. Because maybe a random wallpaper gets chosen, and I like it, but for whatever reason I would prefer it on a different monitor. I'm thinking drag and drop on a monitor layout preview, or "Send to (Left Monitor) | (Monitor 2)".

4) Wish there was a history / pool of previous wallpapers that could be edited and managed, favorited. To make it easy to switch back to a previously used wallpaper. This way when the next random one is chosen, that doesn't mean the previous ones get lost forever. Maybe would be able to delete crap ones that randomly came up, or alternately, those might just "fall off" after a period of time and you could "favorite" the ones you like so they stick around. Would want to be able to organize, sort, filter by date (added & last used), category, keyword, tag, rating, source...

Sorry to hear that you weren't quite happy with the functionality. Here are the answers for your questions:

1. You can access that same menu by right-clicking the DisplayFusion icon in the notification area (system tray) on the Windows taskbar. You can also load the next wallpaper using the built-in Function: Ctrl + Win + R

2. This is currently on our feature request list, so I've added your vote to it.
