I have a Samsung Syncmaster 2232BW and a Viewsonic VP920b. I have a problem where the wallpaper does display across both monitors but no matter the setting in Display Fusion, the wallpaper bottom shows at the top of the screens. I have even taken the display drivers (2 - EVGA 7800GTs) back to the shipping driver 7777 to no avail. I have removed the program and now my wallpaper does not start at the top of the screen it has a band of "desktop color" at the top no matter what background setting I choose in windows xp pro.

Screenshot please.

Also, test if having both monitors at the same resolution fixes it.

Well I tried switching to the same resolution (1280x1024) and the wallpapaer still had the issue then in the priocess of getting a screenshot I tried switching the widescreen monitor back and as soon as I did it fixed the wallpaper! Then just to make sure I selected "go to next image" and it came back messed up.

Very strange. Thank you for the screenshot, that helps quite a bit. When you apply your wallpaper settings do you have the "adjust background for use with Active Desktop" checked off? It should be checked automatically if DisplayFusion detects that it needs to be used, I'm just curious if it is detecting it like this. Can you post a screenshot of what the DisplayFusion looks like, so I can see what your monitor layout looks like and what settings you are using?

Thanks!

I tried checking the active desktop checkbox as well and I get the same. I have attached the screenshot requested.

Need anything else? I might add that the Samsung is a 22" widescreen at 1680x1050 and the Viewsonic is a 19" 4x3 at 1280x1024.

Just wanted to pop in to let you know that I'm still trying to figure this one out. Sorry for the delay, but I am working on it. :-)

Sorry for responding so late - have you changed your font size, or changed the display DPI setting?

Sorry for the late reply. The DisplayFusion 3.x series takes care of this issue. Thanks! :)
