My wallpaper slideshow is no longer loading new images. If I go to the Desktop Wallpaper screen and select a source it will apply the first image for any given source and search settings, but it will not do anything after that.
This is the case for every source I tried, WallpaperFusion, Bing Desktop, Astronomy Picture of the Day, Reddit.

The automatic change will not work, nor will 'Load next wallpaper slideshow image' from either desktop right-click menu or DF taskbar.

I'm on DisplayFusion Pro on Steam 10.0 Beta 7, on Windows 11 21H2.

The wallpaper slideshow did work in the past on the same system, I am not sure when it stopped working.

Could you send over a debug log for this? Please set the wallpaper change time to 1 minute and then wait 5 minutes or so with debug logging enabled.

  • On the DisplayFusion Settings > Troubleshooting tab, change the Logging drop-down to "L1: Log Minimal" and click Apply
  • Reproduce the issue and note the time so we'll know where to check in the log file
  • Click the "Export Info to File" button on the Settings > Troubleshooting tab
  • Reply with the file attached
  • Disable debug logging after sending the log

I swear it has been broken for a few days now, but the moment I enable debug settings and click apply, my wallpaper changes.
It keeps working now with debug settings off and following a restart.

So I'll keep that in mind for when or if it reoccurs but right now it seems to have somehow gotten fixed.

Hello, I am also having the problem with DisplayFusion not loading new wallpapers for the desktop wallpaper slideshow. Attached is the Debug Info. Thank you!!

Could you clear your log via the DisplayFusion Settings > Troubleshooting tab, and send over a new one? Here are the steps:
