If you downloaded DisplayFusion 12.0 and are having issues with languages please re-download and re-install. We have repacked the release as 12.0c with the languages fixed.
Could you please provide some documentation about what parts of DF require WV2 to function (fully)? The product seems to run when I say "No" to would you like to install it. For security reasons, I would much rather keep it off of my system if possible.
