When I click out of windows on main and secondary monitors I get thin lines showing task that are open.

im not sure why this happens but it only happens in chrome vlc works fine

It's a Chrome bug, but we've worked around it in the latest DF Beta, available here: https://www.displayfusion.com/Download/Beta

I tried downloading this but im still seeing the same thing on all 3 of my monitors

Sorry, I should have read your initial post title closer. The line at the bottom we can't do anything about. Chrome is reducing its window size by 1px when it loses focus, to work around a different bug apparently. I'm following their bug report and it looks like they are working on coming up with a better solution, so hopefully they can get it sorted out
