When I unplug screen 2 the screen 2 wallpaper goes to screen 1 with the wrong size

Wrong size being the size of screen 2 (HDMI) (1920x1080)
Screen 1 (laptop): (1366x76

Would prefer that screen 1 to stay how it is, have windows 7 do it's thing with the rest (toolbar, gadgets, etc.).

When the second monitor is plugged in, does it show up with ID 1 in the wallpaper window?
