It shows it running in task manager and it will not open no matter what I do. Ill click settings or any of the options from the start menu and nothing happens. It is not in the task tray either.
I installed the latest .net framework
Ran as admin
I uninstalled and reinstalled DF completely
I ran the sfc / scannow
Nothing works.

This also occurs if you have Avast One running as well. The fix is to install 10.0-Beta21
