Win 10: Icons showing up on DF and Windows TaskBar

Hello,
I've disabled Windows' multi-monitor taskbar feature, but Icons on my DF taskbars still show up on the Windows one.

Are they taskbar buttons for Universal apps, like the Windows Store and whatnot?
