My key combination for Toggle mmTaskbar is Alt + Ctrl + T.
When I do it now all of sudden nvidia makes my monitors all surrond one big monitor instead of them being seperate by all three.
You should be able to change the Surround hotkey in the NVIDIA Control Panel. Hope that helps!

The odd thing is nvidia was never updated and this hotkey never caused this issue.
