Whenever I switch on my monitors, explorer will hang and restart.
This issue did not occur when i disable displayfusion.
Issue persist using the latest beta as well

Noticed WindowsExplorer##_##-##_##Waiting: WindowHung [0ms] ~ 0x000a1e38 • Class: "CabinetWClass" error log.

That's really strange! Did you power on the monitors while this debug log was running? I'm not seeing the log lines that would indicate that the monitor config is changing.
