This only happens with QuickBooks (2019 Accountants Edition) on Win 10 (Ver 1803).

When I click the button in the title bar to move the entire window to the next monitor, QB moves to the adjacent window, but immediatley bounces back to the previous window. It does not matter which monitor of the four I try to move it from. It reacts the same on all four.

If I drag the window, it stays where I want it.

Any thoughts? Thanks

If you use the keyboard shortcut (Ctrl + Win + X), does it also bounce back?

Yes, it still bounces back but, and here is something that is likely to spin your head... it only happens when I have one particular client file open. If I have any other client file open, it behaves properly.

That's extra weird! Do you have any Trigger rules on the DisplayFusion Settings > Triggers tab that might be affecting it?

Also, if you enable the "Window Management: Use Alternate Method To Move Windows" option in the Settings > Advanced Settings window, does that make any difference?

There are no trigger rules but when I changed to Window Management: Use Alternate Method To Move Windows it started to behave.

Strange...

Ok, some windows behave weirdly with the normal method for sure. If you don't notice any other issues with that Advanced Setting enabled, you can leave it turned on, it shouldn't hurt anything :)
