Sometimes, when I try to middle-click the caption of a window, the application does not move to the other monitor. I have 2 monitors.

For example, right now, I can middle-click and move the Windows Control Panel window. But nothing happened when I middle-clicked Notepad and Notepad++.

What should I investigate first?

- Windows 10 (version 22H2)
- DisplayFusion Pro 9.9
