window moving to another monitor when typing number

Do you have a USB display adapter? If so, I'd guess you've got something called "USB Super Utility" installed. That software has hotkeys like Ctrl + 1, Ctrl + 2, etc for moving to specific monitors, so it sounds like that's getting triggered
