I want to have two chrome windows in a different position.
I've been trying to change the 'window text' names but could find the right string for my purpose:
I want to have window A open when the tab with the name of "Google Docs" is opened. And window B for everything else.
How could I enable this behavior?

That "Window Text" match is a contains match, so if you add the word "Docs" into it, it should fire when the title bar changes to "Google Docs". You can disable the "Window Class" match condition, and have the "Process Filename" condition enabled as well for that entry.
You can then have another entry in your profile that just has the "Process Filename" condition enabled for Chrome, with the other two match conditions disabled, and it should fire for all other Chrome windows.
