It looks like Window Snapping isn't working in Beta 3. I've re-installed, disabled and enabled the option, etc, and I just can't get it to work.

I don't think it's PEBKAC, though. I went back to Beta 2 and it's working fine.

I've had the same issue occur running Windows 10 Pro.

Glad to see it's not just me. This is universally broken I'm on WIN7x64 too so this is kinda a big deal when the entire feature suddenly is missing/broken. Keith you guys are usually great with initial testing with the beta releases but this one must have slipped through. Hopefully it is a quick fix I really don't want to roll all my boxes back to beta 2 but all snapping missing is pretty annoying!

Same issue here on Win7 x64 - beta 2 was fine, beta 3 broke it.
