I love this feature but some programs (Firefox, Vivaldi, Clover to name a few) don't respond to it. Browsers open new tabs and Clover just does nothing. I do use the titlebar buttons but they are slower to use than middle-clicking anywhere.

So my question is, is it possible for DF to take priority over Firefox and such and do its job forcefully?

If you middle-click the caption buttons (minimize/maximize/close), that should do the same thing in browser windows. We did that, because the browsers have their own functionality for the titlebar middle-click :)

Hope that helps!

It does help indeed, thanks! It works for those except Firefox when it's maximized, though.

Glad to hear it! It works for me on a maximized Firefox window. Which versions of Windows, Firefox, and DisplayFusion are you running?

Win 10 Anniversary, FF 49.0.2, DF 8.1 Beta 2

edit: nevermind, it only happens with a specific theme (https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/ft-deepdark/). Default and other custom themes behave properly, though firefox is the only program which has a delay when moving to another screen after using MMB.

Yeah, we have to do a bit of extra hacky stuff it make it work correctly in Firefox, which does add a small delay :(
