I searched for this but couldn't find it. Although it sounds vaguely familiar to an issue I may have reported already. Please delete this if you already have it.

The highlight color for flashing taskbar buttons is different between Windows 10 and DF 7.3b1 See the attached. I think the cosmetic issue is fairly clear.
