We currently don't support this, but we do have it open as a feature request. I've added your vote to it, so we'll be sure to let you know if we have any news on it going forward.

Sorry just to clarify: Copying over pinned items to DisplayFusion taskbars is what we have on our feature request list. You'll have to manually pin each item you would like on each taskbar.

With your taskbar mode set to "All taskbars show all windows", that should be showing opened applications on every taskbar though. Is this issue happening with all applications, or only certain ones?
