Windows 11 secondary taskbars colrol

I changed the main taskbar bachground, but it dosn'n affect on the secondaries.
I have Openshell installed, tried to turn on/off taskbar, tried change the color there, but no success. It still white

Just to confirm you changed the colour in the Windows Settings by adjusting the accent colour?

I disided to use native taskbar, I lost tray icons on the left and right display, but got the benefit that all taskbars load at once. Generally, that's the optimal way for me in this setup
