Installed Display Fusion yesterday to see how it could improve operating characteristics of my dual monitor setup. Am basically working in "default" mode ... haven't tried to customize anything yet. Buy, my windows keep shrinking ... My "main" monitor runs 8-10 application windows. The secondary is primarily used for video or reference documents.

Since I installed DisplayFusion, when my system wakes from sleeping and I activate s app window, it is about 1/4 screen ... before the sleep it was 3/4 screen. This happens with most of the apps ... Firefox, Excel, ... There also seems to be "events" which trigger this shrinking also, but I haven't got a correlation yet.

My searching hasn't turned up any useful info on how to stop this. A suggestion or link to the way to prevent this behavior would be much appreciated.

Thanks for trying out DisplayFusion! Are either of your monitors connected via DisplayPort, or is one of them an TV connected via HDMI?

Both are Dell monitors. The 24" one is connected by HDM, the 27" by a DVI cable.

Ok, would you be able to send me a debug log?
  • On the Troubleshooting tab, change the Logging drop-down to "L1: Log Minimal"
  • Restart DisplayFusion
  • Reproduce the issue and note the time so we'll know where to check in the log file
  • Send us the DisplayFusion.log and DebugInfo.html files (can be found by clicking the Open Log button on the Troubleshooting tab)
  • Disable debug logging after sending the log

Thanks for try to help, but I've removed Display Fusion. Maybe sometime in the future when I have more time, I;ll try again.
