I cant remember since what ver this started happening but i would say in last couple (betas)

When you click windows calculator app from taskbar, it starts but taskbar icon blinks and window is not focused, restarting explorer.exe fixes it temporarly but it stars behaving the same on next lunch

If you lunch app from start menu it focuses as intended, only when started from DF taskbar this behaviour ocures

File attached, also i have made workaround for this issue with trigger that runs funcion to make window foreground
