Hello,

I searched on here recently and found an old post about the Windows Logon wallpaper (native monitor resolution 1920x1080) when set in Display Fusion settings...logging out to preview it shows the image becoming compressed/blurry.

Logging back into Windows and previewing the same image file shows a much higher quality.

I recently have purchased a $25 license, running Windows 7 Pro, 24gb of RAM, i5 4670k 4.2ghz, GTX 980 Classified. (This should rule out any hardware issues I hope)

I am posting to find out if there is a setting I need to toggle or a registry entry to modify in order to get a full quality image upon using the lock option on Windows and my custom wallpaper.

Thanks

Unfortunately that's expected. Windows only allows a very small file size for the logon image (256 KB I believe), so we have to heavily compress the image in order to set it. Sorry!

Thanks for the reply, I ended up finding that answer shortly after posting. Man that is unfortunate. Is there anyway to tweak the registry and override the parameters? Seems like it wouldnt be a difficult fix but maybe I am just not aware of how complicated it is.

Thanks Keith
